First Baptist Church has been bringing the Kingdom of Heaven to Richmond, Virginia, for more than 20 years through its Divorce Recovery Workshop. As I have said on more than one occasion, “It’s one of the best things we do.”

Yes the program is really “life saving”. I know the 10 years Carl and I worked in the program was very rewarding. I recommend it to anyone who is going through a breakup or even a death of a partner or spouse. Seeing participants come in the door the first night with the deer in the headlights look and 8 weeks later seeing in their face the HOPE that they have found is undescribable.
